◾ Is this you? Let’s find out:

• You have a strong background in business controlling or financial analysis (bonus points for B2B or digital environments)

• Know your way around SAP and modern Excel magic

• Love connecting the dots between finance and business — strategy isn’t just a buzzword for you

• Are proactive, collaborative, and speak fluent English (Czech is a plus, but not a must)

• Feel comfortable navigating a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders

◾ How you’ll make an impact

You will have your say in almost everything that matters — this is a new role, so you’ll help define it with us. But here’s the core of it:

• Budgeting & Forecasting

  • You’ll lead the budgeting cycles and model financial scenarios to support strategic choices; propose adjustments to financial plans.

• Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare dashboards (monthly & quarterly), analyze revenue and costs, conduct variance analysis on revenue, cost and margins, and spot trends or risks before others do.

• Business Partnering

  • Translate financial data into clear business recommendations and action. You’ll advise teams across departments and regions and be the go-to person for financial strategy; perform ad-hoc analysis for pricing, investment and M&A opportunities.

• Compliance & Controls

  • Keep things clean and compliant — with smart processes and effective risk management.
